Return Window

You may return most unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to Return

1. Contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number.
2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of approval.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, opened personal care products, and customized goods may not be eligible for return.
